1.Collect recruiting requirements; make the recruitment plan to meet business needs. 2.Publish the recruiting information, process candidates searching, screening, and selection through various recruiting tools. 3.Bargain offer, prepare the offer letter, on-board date confirmation, and track the new staff performance till the end of probation. 4.Maintain and develop recruitment channel for talents sourcing (including websites, headhunter, referral, forum and outsourcing); build up good relationship with external recruiting vendors. 5.Set up company's talent pool/database 6.Prepare monthly headcount report and analyze recruiting result in order to improve efficiency and achieve recruiting target. 7.Complete related report（Annual Recruiting Achievement Report, Annual Headcount Report and so on）. 8.Be responsible for other Recruitment Project, including Campus Recruiting Activities, Chengdu R&D Site Recruiting. 9.Support other HR affairs within the team, such as on board, probation interview, promotion, exit interview, job relocation. 10.Supervise and assign tasks to the intern in Recruitment Team.

1.Conduct job understanding with BD consultants and clients to understand the job responsibilities, competencies requirement of the open positions 2.Source and identify candidates for open positions through a variety of methods (data base, ads, cold calls) 3.Conduct search and selection of candidate through criteria interviewing for multinational companies, cover national to regional roles across China 4.Follow up the reference check process to ensure candidates successful onboard 5.Complete various industrial assessments, search report to clients 6.Do paper works, including draft proposal, Job Description, format CVs, day to day report to Consultant 7.Provide dedicated, recruiting & career consulting services to clients and candidates
