I work one-on-one with children to implement behavioral plans and collect data through play-based learning. Throughout my sessions, I record behavior, provide intervention, and promote creativity and learning by creating a fun and warm environment.

While working as a crisis counselor, I provide support to individuals in crisis using compassion and warmth. I have received training on completing safety assessments and providing resources to these individuals.

Throughout the semester, I have worked as a research assistant under Professor Adrian Staub for his Eye-Tracking Lab. This position has allowed me to gain experience running human subjects and collecting observations. Along with working with human participants, I have also become more familiar with the software used to run the experiment and the linguistic question behind the lab.

As a co-manager, I worked to run the business of Sweets & More. This involved attending weekly meetings, communicating new ideas to the business, coming up with new event ideas, resolving interpersonal conflicts, leading the hiring process, self managing accountability, and completing shift work.
