I'm currently working as a team leader in press department at Worcester Bosch where I am responsible for daily management of a workforce 50+. My work involves allocating work to all machines and planning the day out to suit customer demand, daily meetings for point CIP, keeping TPM boards up to date, analyse performance data to identify continuous improvement, general health and safety, 5s areas and enforcing the BPS principles. Before I was chosen for this role I used to work and train other hopefuls up on various press brake CNC machinery including Trumpf, Amada, Promecam and Salvagnini to create components for Worcester Bosch ltd.I have recieved all types of training from general health and safety awareness, 5S, BPS, BIT and programming CNC's to reading and understanding drawings and measuring equipment.Other than press brake machinery I have worked on a Mazak fibre lazer cutting thicknesses of 0.7mm to 5mm to a very strict tolerance off a drawing.I worked to a strict tolerance of 0.3mm and 0.5 degrees using various measuring equipment and then passed my own work off knowing the level of quality required.I have recently passed my first aid course and have put my skills to numerous use already.September 2017 gained my counter balance fork truck license which helps in everyday circumstances and constantly gaining experience.
