Main roles and responsibilities included Military Liaison to the Infrastructure Service Provide (ISP) KBR while monitoring, auditing the ISP while also provided the first filter and expectation management for any new discrete works. During the deployment I was responsible for the review and redraft of the asset register and maintenance schedules, which had been poorly updated over the last 5 years. A lot of my time was also spend dealing will a historic power generation issue that hindered the site at peak demand in the summer months and during routine maintenance. After a thorough investigation of these issues I produced a designed and project managed the construction of an additional generator farm, which rectified the problem. This solution was produced with minimal funding and utilised a lot of existing equipment within a constricted site. The resolution alleviated the demand on the main generation farm and provides a large amount of redundancy to cope with the increase A/C power demand during the summer months. -
