About Leeah Harris

Hi everyone! I started with my first independent supplier at 19 years old and was the fifth person on the companies "inside sales/phone sales team". With my “out-of-the-box thinking” methods, I quickly helped develop their business model and playbook that led to a 100+ million dollar business sale. I helped build our sales training and hiring strategy which lead to our five employees growing to 60+ in eight years. This journey ended when the company was purchased by a large corporation. I took some time off to be a mother to my four children and to, “grow up.” Naturally, having two toddlers and two, “bonus teens” will do that to you! I developed and assisted in training, had 5-815 direct reports at a time and broke the New Business sales record my second year. I exceeded what was expected from me and was able to double and triple my sales quota three times. I am eager to find my next opportunity with a company to develop business as the US grows into tech. I am completing my SAP certification and plan to do more. As the economy and business models change I aim to be successful and help any company that puts me to the challenge. I maintained an existing account base of 100K+ a month and worked two years on the logistics and customer service side of the business. My passion is teaching others, naturally leading and brainstorming new ways for business to grow. My goals are to financially help a company increase their gross profits.
