• Enabling the delivery of a new geographic offering to customers, unlocking 1 milllion EUR in new ARR
• Bringing thousands of legacy resources under the management of IaC (Terraform) allowing simpler infrastructure management and greater consistency
• Leading the consolidation of an Azure DevOps Org migration. Migrating many service repos, dozens of deployment pipelines and hundreds of pieces of secure configuration that allowed for the expansion of our test.

I took on supplier relationships as well as contract and budget management for critical production systems and owned the delivery of key business objectives for the quarter, enabling core UI services to get safely into production without human intervention and increasing the deployment cadence of those services by 3x during that time.

• Led the team that owned Exclaimer Cloud's infrastructure, its security, processes and deployments. Some achievements I'm proud of during this time:
• Built and documented the creation of one-click test environments from scratch for a newly acquired business
• Worked with a another brand new team be the first to automatically deliver code into pre-prod before going to production
• Completed CCSK (Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge) training, awarding the business recognition as a Cloud Security Alliance Trusted Cloud Provider

• As a senior I spent my time working more closely with the dev teams to expand their processes in delivering code to production.Some achievements I'm proud of during this time:
• Researched and wrote the pipeline to automatically notarize our Apple projects as part of our build process, completely removing a previously manual blocker
• Rebuilt all production AKS (Kubernetes) clusters in Azure whilst maintaining availability to enable our services to auto scale. This reduced the cost across devtest by reducing node counts to 1 in almost all cases
• Re-wrote some critical service deployment pipelines to both speed them up and improve their stability by implementing self-healing retry logic
• Created pipelines to automatically clean up and alert on infrastructure costs across our development environments

My work as an IT Support Engineer continued under a different title, with an emphasis on supporting the growing Exclaimer Cloud infrastructure.

Implementation and configuration of various networking hardware, servers, computers, telephony systems and office maintenance.

Invited back by the IT department to assist with day to day fault diagnostics relating to local area networks and associated equipment to include updating of hardware and software.

Attended a ten week placement as part of my advanced Zenos academy apprenticeship. In addition to first line IT support I planned and implemented both hardware and software updates including the complete installation and imaging of thirty two newly delivered computers.

Successfully completed an advanced apprenticeship in IT Telecoms at a Zenos Academy.
