Lee Alexander has over 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry as an owner, developer, investor, consultant and broker. Lee was recently associated with The Brokery, LLC, Macon, Georgia. Previously, he was an investor and residential developer. Prior to that, Lee was Co-Founder, Principal and President at Coldwell Banker Commercial Capitol Realty Services.He focused on providing acquisition, disposition and advisory services to domestic and offshore institutional real estate owners, users and investors. Lee was also a Senior Managing Director at Insignia/ESG.Previously, Lee was a Senior Vice President and Managing Director in CB Richard Ellis' Institutional Group, specializing in large and complex commercial real estate transactions. Prior to that, he was a Senior Director in the Washington, DC office of Cushman & Wakefield and served as Chairman of the Financial Services Group, Broker Advisory Committee. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Lee spent 12 years with Barnes, Morris, Pardoe and Foster, Inc Lee was also Director of Development with The West End Group, where he was responsible for the development and management of approximately 1.5 million square feet of office, residential and retail space in the Washington, D.C. CBD. He began his real estate career at Shannon and Luchs Company in their Commercial Property Sales Group.Prior to relocating to Georgia, Lee spent his real estate career in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area where he completed approximately $8 billion in transactions.Lee holds a Juris Doctor degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and a Bachelor of Art degree in Political Science from American University. Lee also completed the Emerging Client Services Leaders Program at the University of Southern California (USC), Marshall School of Business.Lee is a Navy veteran and Eagle Scout. In his free time he enjoys racing cars, golf, skiing and fly fishing.
