I am an experienced Office Manager at a satellite research and development agent providing solutions for communication technology. I’ve continually over extended durations been responsible for daily operations of a cross-functional offices, to include monitoring of all business systems i.e., CRM, SYERION, SharePoint, extensive diary management, office access, staff holidays, sick leave, travel and subsistence co-ordination, expense reports management and training of all employees under my responsibility. From my current and previous experiences, I have developed unique and transferrable skills as business’s required, i.e., management of company SharePoint for Project Registration, and Quality Management Systems, additionally liaising with suppliers for internal and external purchases, while keeping detailed records for managing audits. Being proactive and consistent in maintaining and developing administrative procedures and office management systems, effectively utilising technology to enhance and streamline local processes while maintaining compliance with holistic protocol. This requires a solid aptitude for financial administration, including processing invoices and maintaining records using Microsoft Excel, for internal and external audits.I’m the first point of contact in our current recruitment processes, providing administrative support and coordinating onboarding for new starters.
