I am a crew coach (shift supervisor) at the store. Hiring and Training crew members are my two main portfolios. Other key portfolios as part of being in the Restaurant Leadership Team include providing inputs to the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager and working with them to solve problems as and when they arise. Assisting the shift manager to run shift is my main responsibility at the store.

I am proficient in kitchen and am currently being trained on front counter. I am on the Food Team and am incharge of keeping low levels of food waste. I am a specialized kitchen hand (in training) at the store which includes stocking and maintainece of machines/equipments. I am also a part of the health and safety team.
