Developed and currently lead a Social Engineering Awareness program to train 20K+ employees on phishing attacks. Program has successfully implemented employee reporting of phishes doubling in effectiveness over the last 7 years and click rates have been lowered by 67% while exercises have been crafted to be increasingly difficult.Conduct meetings with company security leaders reviewing results of phishing exercises and lobbying for a more positive (as opposed to punitive) approach to awareness efforts in order to increase effectiveness of responding to both simulated and real phishing attacks.Created and delivered presentations on phishing awareness, mindfulness, personal online security tips, and importance of a positive security culture multiple times a year to corporate audience.Assist Cyber Security Awareness Teams in developing enterprise-wide training for employees and publish periodic educational materials for company-wide awareness.Co-designed, developed, and implemented an enterprise Red Team programLed and participate in web and network penetration testing engagements; delivered security assessment presentations and reports to executives and teams directly responsible for tested areas.

I participated in Red Team activities for company's internal infrastructure environment, compiled results, and presented findings to management; also provided reports for remediation teams. I was involved with monitoring, researching, assessing, and publishing high-profile threat and vulnerability reports, dictating patching compliance actions.I also spent some time administering and performing security assessments on hundreds of web sites using Asset Management Platform (AMP) and WebInspect.

Administered company's test management software (QualityCenter) for use with in the Monitoring Services organization. Experience in deploying Business Availability Center (BAC), specifically SiteScope and Problem Isolation. Managed the architecture deployment of BAC, Operations Manager for Unix, and other infrastructure applications through to a production environment.

I administered various internal support tools as a Subject Matter Expert (e.g., customer service polling, support instant messaging, outage submission tools, etc.). I was an active participant on the Symantec Endpoint Protection company-wide deployment team and resolved numerous virus/malware remediation cases. I also developed a small .NET application.
