INFO 1998: Introduction to Digital Product DesignI assist in the instruction of end-to-end product design, helping 30+ students understand user-centered design processes, wireframing, and prototyping through in-class workshops and real world case studies. I provide personalized guidance to students in the form of group critique sessions, offering feedback on design projects and ensuring a deep understanding of design thinking. I also develop course materials and lead workshops on key design tools such as Figma, empowering students to apply best practices in UI/UX design.

I serve as a liason between information science majors and faculty to provide guidance to improve academic experience. I introduce professional career opportunities, internships, and research programs to students majoring in information science. I also craft appealing social media posts to promote organization’s social networking events and increase audience engagement.

Co-leading my team of 15+ members, I strategized risk mitigation, resource allocation, and deployment logistics for optimal data transfer between instruments and GUI. My role was essential to ensuring that the project met the client's (NASA) design requirements and time constraints. I collaborated closely with my team’s Project Manager, Chief Scientist, and Lead Systems Engineer to carry out mission design.

I designed a mission control interface system to pilot the launch of a semi-autonomous, surface reconnaissance rover to explore the Lunar South Poles for near-surface water under a 12-week timeline. The purpose of my design for the technical interface system is (1) to help the scientific community gain an understanding of the amount of water available in the feedstocks that exist on the Moon, and (2) gather data to help inform the conditions for future moon landings. I coordinated with a team of scientists, engineers, and data analysts to design the mission control interface system. I pitched the design to NASA's headquarters.

Mentored by Dr. Amanda Arcieri, I explored the relationship between economic recession and prejudice against the homeless community based on Terror Management Theories. I utilized RStudio software to gain experience in data mining and to model significant findings through engaging visualizations.

Mentored by Dr. Tashauna Blankenship, I examined the prevalence of false memories in adolescents. I utilized RStudio software to gain experience in data mining and to model significant findings through engaging visualizations. I competed in the New York City Science Engineering Fair.

I collaborated with the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health to conduct nationwide research on the prevalence of eating disorders in teens. I integrated data analytic techniques into modeling, decision-making, and policy-making processes. My research aided the policy-making process of banning muscle-building supplements and diet pills to adolescents. I published research in the Harvard Public Health Review Journal and presented findings in an international research symposium of 500+ scientists.
