The Lintu Solutions mission is to enable the US Federal Government to effectively implement technologies as it seeks to effectively maintain a strong economy to support the safety and health of our citizens and maintain stability at home and abroad. Particular focus areas relate to the emerging technologies used in the financial sector, where regulators are challenged to keep pace with bad actors. Solution areas include data science, cloud solutions, high performance computing and cybersecurity.

Currently leads $80M business unit with over 400 professionals. Since joining the company, assessed the organization, established a growth strategy and is implementing tactical plans for growth and operations. Awarded a $50M single award Defense Technical Information Center contract to include migration of all applications to the cloud, including IL6 workloads. The core of the contract is to support the aggregation and fusion of science and technology data relevant to the Department of Defense through a MarkLogic system integration effort. BI was also awarded a pilot to implement a Commercial Solution for Classified (CSfC) trusted gateway and transport implementation for the Army 7th Signal Command at Fort Gordon which is currently underway.

Met all goals for growth in 2017 resulting in double digit growth to outpace the market. Led matrix project teams resulting in a high percentage of contract wins. Exceeded goals for new business growth 6 out of 7 years with the company and won 100% of contract recompetes in several civilian agencies Led Business Development across all civilian agencies. Drove strategy for civilian agency growth and was a core member of the Federal executive team in planning, resourcing and execution strategies for delivery and growth off the base. As acting VP of all Federal sales, participated in annual Corporate strategic planning with CEO, his direct reports and Federal leadership, led all growth strategy, business development, capture, proposal development resources.

Director of Business Development focused on the Department of Treasury and the Federal financial agencies. Won a $650 million IDIQ Enterprise Computing Center Support (ECCS) contract from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to continue support of the agency’s mission-critical computer environment; the $40 million contract collecting and managing financial institution data reported to regulatory agencies for the Federal Financial Institution Examination Council; a 10 year contract worth over $140 million over 10 years for the Enterprise Storage Acquisition task order from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to provide private cloud-based storage for the agency's information records; and recompetes for 100% of the entire client contract base for the IRS account over an 18 month period.

Led business development for the successful capture of a 15 year IRS PRIME contract worth ~ $5 billion— the largest that had ever been awarded to CSC at the time. Led the teaming efforts which included a powerhouse team of CSC, IBM, KPMG, Northrop Grumman, SAIC and Unisys. Was an integral member of the core team that created an innovative management approach that discriminated the approach and resulted in the win. Member of the transition team and program management office as the 700 person program was established.Account manager in operations for the US Postal Service and TSA accounts as the TSA was being established. Won many other large services contracts including the $590 M Federal Aviation Administration Traffic Flow Management Modernization contract to ensure the most efficient flow of the nation's air traffic.

Executive leader focused on growth and accountable for all aspects of new and renewal sales operations, incremental growth from the contract base and the launch of a new line of business. Developed the sales organizational structure, recruited and managed staff and executed strategies that resulted in a 22% growth of revenue in a single year with a broad base of civilian and defense clients.
