Responsible for all HR initiatives including staffing, people capability, positive workplace, safety, labour and employee relations. Established credibility and influence with senior management team by providing HR solutions to business issues including process and productivity initiatives and organizational change.

Valued business partner to 13 client groups of over 600 unionized and non-unionized employees including Distribution, Engineering, Supply and Trading, and Project Management as well as all Support Service groups based in Ontario.
