I'm a Human Resource Professional with an interest in problem solving, using analytical and communicative skills. My current position is with Caldic Canada Inc. as a People and Performance Coordinator includes providing day-to-day support in all aspects of HR that is required, including but not limited to, Maintaining the HRIS system, full-cycle recruitment, on-boarding, benefits administrator (both US and Canada), and HR reports, Payroll (Canada and US).I worked as a Human Resource Generalist for Mitsubishi Electric Sales Canada Inc. for one year and provided day-to-day support in all aspects of HR, including Administrative duties, Health and Safety, Training, Employment Law, Recruiting, and assist with HR policies.With my appreciation for Psychology in the workplace, I add a unique perspective to apply to coaching, activities, and compensation strategies that keep employees engaged, feel purpose and value in the company. With dedication and tenacity, my team won 2nd place at a Case Competition. I lead a four-member team with 2 coaches that traveled to Windsor to represent Sheridan College and compete against 4 other schools at Human Resource Association’s case competition. I am a results-oriented person who enjoys team-based environments due to the opportunity to brainstorm exceptional solutions with different perspectives. My goal is to gain experience with an Organization that appreciates Human Resources in a Strategic role and progress in the company. Currently practice and advocate innovative approaches to stress management that includes Yoga, Martial Arts, and Tai Chi; they have proven effects in reducing stress and increase focus, health, and relaxation under pressure. Volunteering through my Dojo at The Academy of Martial Arts in programs such as the OBI run that donated the proceedings to Joint Clinical Research Facility.
