This is a dynamic role that combines my love of the ocean and conservation, with the ever-evolving tourism industry. I lead sales presentations, site inspections and trade shows; professionally representing Vancouver Aquarium both in the community and at tourism events. I work with DMO's, local businesses and tour operators to increase visibility of our offerings and create mutually beneficial relationships. I prepare quarterly sales reports and analysis to track budget, forecast and performance and work with my colleagues in the Marketing Department to ensure the Aquarium is always TOP of mind for any visitor to Vancouver. I also advise senior management on strategic business decisions related to the tourism industry, contributing to the development of long-term sales and marketing strategies.

I work in the International Sales Department at Whistler Blackcomb as Account Manager for the UK & European markets. My passion for promoting Whistler as a top-tier international destination lead me into this role - it's my honest and true belief that Whistler is the best place on earth! My relationships with our international Tour Operators is strong and many of my "clients" are very close friends of mine. This definitely makes work very enjoyable - it's a wonderful feeling to love what you do :) My roles include developing relationships with new travel partners and assist them in creating a memorable Whistler program for their guests. I also manage an existing pool of over 70 Tour Operators from across Europe – assisting them with the development and implementation of programs for their various markets. We focus on growing market share by ensuring our partners have all the tools and support they need to book lift tickets, lessons, rentals, heliskiing and all the great summer activities. Many guests from Europe plan and save for a long time to visit Whistler – we want to make sure their experience is as unforgettable as the peaks that surround us!My role as a liaison between Whistler and Europe allows me to travel on training and sales missions, attend ski shows and oversee the marketing for Whistler Blackcomb with our Tour Operators. It’s a fabulous team I get to work with everyday!
