How We Help You Find The Best Hotel (a quick version)
~ Send us your agenda. Together we will review what is important to the meeting.
~ We start to research destinations and hotels to obtain availability & rates.
~ You select the destination/hotel/hotels and we set-up the site visits.
~ The hotel generates a contract and we negotiate cost-saving terms.
~ After the hotel contract is signed, we assist with anything else you need; DMC, transportation.
Experience
~Nancy Nachman opened the doors of The Meetings Concierge in 1991 after working for years in hotel sales. In 2005 I joined Nancy after my years in hotels sales and together we work as a team.
