At Osgood Inventories I train, mentor and manage a growing team of inventory clerks. My communication skills and acute attention to detail have been cultivated by nearly twenty years working as a paramedic and forensic medical practitioner in police stations and refined as a company director and manager at Osgood Inventories. I have the ability and experience to maintain high levels of quality control in my clerks whilst recognising them as individuals and encouraging them all to be self motivated and be the best they can. I lead by example, modelling my own forensic attention to detail to them, training them to use our bespoke innovative software, booking systems & procedures and imparting health and safety awareness. As a result my team produce reports that are consistently accurate and clear, contributing effectively to the company objective of being a trusted inventory partner to clients - cultivating long lasting trusting relationships with them, and protecting their investments & the interests of tenants from potential legal disputes. I embrace new challenges and high stress situations being well versed with them as a paramedic when I had to manage medical emergencies involving minor injuries, sudden illness, mental health and intoxication through alcohol and substances.
