During my tenure, I have played a pivotal role in spearheading various initiatives for CCSA. Notably, I led the creation of websites for the Issues of Substance Conference, the High Way Home? Lower-Risk Gambling Guidelines, and the Canadian Substance Use Cost and Harms. My commitment to enhancing internal processes and staff knowledge was evident in the development of key resources, including the Promotions and Processes Guide, an online Events and Deliverables (E&D) Calendar, and an intuitive online submission form for staff to contribute to the E&D Calendar.In addition, I demonstrated strategic thinking as a trusted advisor during the redesign of the CCSA website and showcased my creativity by crafting adaptable branding guidelines for partners promoting the Lower-Risk Gambling Guidelines. As part of my leadership role, I guided the development of the Helping Young People Who Use Opioids Video Series and organized a comprehensive set of over 150 interviews for the release of Canada's new Guidance on Alcohol and Health.My impact has extended to the virtual realm, where I led the development of CCSA's virtual platform for the 2021 Issues of Substance conference. This involved creating a virtual lobby, platform features for presentations and posters, sponsor promotion features, and ensuring user-friendly navigation. On the financial front, I successfully managed a $250K social media advertising campaign for the Lower Risk Gambling Guidelines, achieving remarkable results with over 52 million impressions and more than 175,000 engagements.Lastly, I managed the development of CCSA's Annual Report, showcasing the organization's achievements and milestones from 2019 to 2023. These experiences reflect my dedication to driving impactful projects, fostering innovation, and contributing to the success and growth of CCSA.

I was responsible for leading the committee and driving its mandate. I also served as team lead on the development of the new IFEM website. As of May 2016, I served IFEM as an independent communications consultant who provides feedback on a project-to-project basis.
