Having started my career in construction recruitment in the late 90’s, I have gained extensive specialist construction recruitment experience. I have an excellent network of clients and contractors and have been extremely successful in placing skilled and qualified personnel into all types of construction, civil engineering and infrastructure projects. I was a Branch / Area Manager at Minstrell Recruitment for 4 years.Minstrell Recruitment work on a freelance, permanent or contract basis for jobs within the Construction Industry.I focused on not only the recruitment side but also on offering a service of consultancy within the industry, for example, market conditions.

For two years I worked as a Branch Manager at Options Resourcing.During this time, I built up close working relationships with many of the country’s leading contractors and service providers.I managed the consultants, who individually focused on a specific sector of the Construction Industry.

I began my Construction Recruitment career at Rullion Alltrades in 1998. Rullion Alltrades deliver specialist recruitment solutions to businesses and job seekers in the arena of the built environment.I worked my way up from Construction Consultant (1998-1999) to Branch Manager (1993 - 2003) to then become Regional Manager (2003 - 2005)
