Elders in the PCA provide leadership, oversight and shepherding to the members of the church. In this role there are interactions with individuals experiencing all types of life events. Lee has personally helped and rejoiced with members at his local church through issues such as: wayward teenagers, premature death of a spouse, adult children coming to faith in Christ, suffering through extreme physical and emotional pain, and growing to become humble, mature and equipped followers of Christ.

Responsibilities include being a pastor's pastor for men across the United States, equipping and coaching pastors and lay leaders in the evangelism tool of Express Your Faith, and creating additional & enhancing current evangelism resources for the Life on Life Ministries of Perimeter Church. In his role, Lee enjoys healthy relationships with the Perimeter Church staff as well as pastors and lay leaders around the world.

Lee wore multiple "hats" and contributed to the thriving success serving in executive leadership, strategic planning, production, operations, product development, marketing, and primarily in establishing and achieving wildly ambitious sales goals.

Lee served on the executive team that strategically initiated unparalleled top line growth while also increasing profitability over a 20 year period. He served primarily in as the Sales and Marketing VP during 16 of his 20 years at Tip Top.
