Direct and oversee the entire development process from start to finish directing a team of specialists at Cowboy Partners who function in various roles and responsibilities. The process starts from concept idea and site acquisition and ends with construction certificate of occupancy, lease up and stabilization. Lee has experience directing the development of all types of multi-family communities including market rate, affordable housing, mixed income, mixed use, and permanent supportive housing. Development structure types include, mid-rise podium, town-homes, high-rise, and garden style.
