As a team we got to the championship semi finals twice and also winning the championship in my 3rd season, gaining promotion to the English Rugby Union (RFU) Aviva Premiership. As a Professional rugby player i under toke physical, tactical and technical training for London Welsh around 5 days a week. I Played for Neath RFC in 2004/05 season Competing in the WRU Premiership. I then signed for the Ospreys in 2005/06 on a two year contract playing in the coveted Magners league (Now called RaboDirect PRO12) . I signed then back at Neath RFC in 2007/08 season as captain. As a team we had great success over a two year period, winning the WRU Premiership in 2008 and winning The Swalec Cup p in 2009.As a Professional rugby player i under toke physical, tactical and technical training for the Ospreys around 5 days a week. International 7'S Rugby Player (Captain)
I was chose to be Core member of the WRU Welsh Sevens Team. As a Key member of the team i was chosen to become captain which was a very prestigious accolade. During my time with the WRU Welsh 7's Team we were involved in the IRB (International Rugby Board) World Series. This involved competing in tournaments all across the world on a pretty much weekly basis. The Places we competed included Dubai, Hong Kong, Las Vegas, Port Elizabeth, London and Wellington. During this time i Captained the team in the 2009 Sevens World Cup in Dubai where we were crowned World Champions.

I Started out with Pontypridd RFC playing in their Academy System. During This time i got recognised for my raw talent and was selected for the Senior Team to play in Welsh Rugby Union (WRU) Principality Premiership. Apart of my time playing at Pontypridd RFC I worked as a Rugby Development Officer this involved:- To take the lead on the delivery of Rugby training sessions in Primary and Secondary Schools across South Wales. I had to Plan, implement and deliver sessions with the assistance of an Assistant Coach if availableMonitor and evaluate delivery and provide monitoring information if and when requested by the Head Coach or the SDO (Volunteers, Clubs and Coaches), Responsible for supervising Assistant Coaches and delegating tasks accordingly, To ensure all sessions comply with Health and Safety To work within an equal opportunities framework. I would also Implement training compiling anything from basic rugby skills upto advanced skills which included Scrum-aging techniques, Line out calls, back line movements and kicking skills. As Rugby Development Officer i was involved with the selection of the best local talent to play at regional level in the Welsh Rugby Union's (WRU) U15's Dewar Shield Tournament, My catchment area was The Rhondda Valleys and we won the tournament a number of times during my coaching period.
