Technical Writer, Software Engineering, NCR Corporation, Atlanta, GA (November 2019 to December 2019, short-term contract) Readied for publication three manuals for NCR customers and NCR engineers to follow when installing a new implementation or upgrading an existing implementation of NCR’s Interactive Teller, which uses video technology created by Vidyo Inc, a division of Enghouse Systems, to provide two-way audio and video connections between the Interactive Teller servers and teller workstations and customer ATMs. Installed and configured a VMWare sandbox environment incorporating the Interactive Teller server and Vidyo’s video VMs in order to test developer-provided documentation and supplement it with user-focused enhancements, including new screen captures using SnagIt and conversion of source documents to adhere to NCR’s style guide, prior to turnover to NCR documentation team for publication.
