Sourced raw materials and ensured compliance to regulatory and legal criteria. Established company, secretarial and shareholder processes, and re-wrote an Environmental Impact Assessment report, saving substantial cost. Negotiated and closed successful sale of business.♦ Project managed Fair Trade and Soil Association proficiency leading project that certified 92 Tanzanian farmers as organic, including drafting compliance manual from scratch.
