Joining Deloitte I was first tasked with the integration of The ID Crowd into Deloittes systems and processes. Then as COO for HCM Operate, I my role was around operational maturity and fostering a collaborative environment across an 80-strong team. My remit extended to redefining roles and breaking down silos across technology teams, which enhanced efficiency and cross-pollination of best practices. In addition I worked on a few notable projects including a friendly bot aimed at increasing timesheet completion using nudge theory and Deloitte’s internal Gen AI initiative before deciding to move on.

Joining in 2020 to create a scalable business model, address growth, project profitability challenges and burnout of a stretched team. I spearheaded initiatives that would double YoY revenue, while simultaneously increasing project profitability and team well-being. These included a complete restructure of our delivery teams, the implementation of advanced reporting systems for real-time decision-making, process re-engineering and automation along with robust security measures aligning with ASD Essential Eight guidelines.Under my leadership, we not only grew but increased customer satisfaction to 95% and achieved Employee NPS of a perfect 100 over four consecutive quarters, milestones were pivotal in making The ID Crowd an attractive target, culminating in the successful transaction and integration into Deloitte. Throughout this journey, I nurtured a culture of transparency and empowerment, establishing profit-sharing mechanisms that aligned individual incentives with company success.

Tasked with revitalising the managed services division with a mandate to scale growth and enhance customer satisfaction, I spearheaded a cultural and structural transformation that boosted employee engagement from 50% to an impressive 86%. With more autonomy and clear KPIs given to the team, we significantly increased satisfaction to 98%.Along with the transformation, simplification of vendor offerings, launch of 'Modern Workforce' solutions, cloud services with Azure, and refreshing our brand through a new website led to double-digit YoY growth and a 20% improvement in margins.Finally, I established the new Automation (RPA) consulting line of business from scratch, expanding our service offerings before moving to the ID Crowd in 2020.

As Technical Sponsor for H3GA POS (Point of Sale) systems performed capacity planning, perform as SME for all project related work and perform 3rd level support. Worked extensively on implementing new POS system into the H3GA environment. Worked with the business to develop and define FRS. Took responsibility as the UAT Test Manager controlling a team of 5 FTE’s in additional to current role. Worked with H3GA Finance to create a working GL system within the retail space.

Initially joined the company as a support technician performing 1st and 2nd level support for hardware and software solutions. After the company was awarded the POS solution for H3GA I was prompted to test manager where I managed the QA of the solution. After deployment to the client I moved to Support manager where I managed a small team of 2-3 technicians. Implemented a new TT solution allowing us to decrease fault resolution times while increasing reporting to management.
