Multifunctional position with primary focus on communication and technical planning between Sagiss and contracted clients. Roles include: virtual CIO to understand client systems and long-term goals from an IT infrastructure perspective, increasing client awareness of security vulnerabilities in their network and operational systems and facilitating any necessary upgrades, technical planning and project management to ensure timely and efficient execution, reviewing billables for accuracy and efficiency before they are sent to the client, some direct technical troubleshooting, oversight and administration of Sagiss Network Administrators assigned to contracted clients, and helping clients to understand the ever-changing IT landscape and being prepared for what's coming next.
