Ownership of the finance area for large-scale change management programs and daily activities.• Leads the finance function to develop, optimize and adhere to compliance procedures through continuous improvement practices and learning initiatives• Collaborates with senior leadership and cross-functional teams effectively to deploy key strategical projects across the region• Drives project completion according to schedule and investment estimates. Main area of responsibility within EMEA is to standardize all operations on the Oracle ERP/Financials platform during integration projects and support localized business practices within each region.Duties include:- Eliciting business and technical requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, site visits, business process descriptions, case scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true business needs.- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external divisional and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.- Ensure that all requirements support the delivery of business value, fulfill goals and objectives, and meet a stakeholder need- Manage changes to baseline requirements through effective application of change control processes and tools- Work with the business to analyze initiatives, build business cases, provide cost/benefit analysis, project measurement objectives- End User Oracle ERP / Financials Business Process Training

Business Analyst - Implementing E-Business Suite Oracle Financials to new and existing Eaton plants in Europe and in Asia pacific. Typical duties included:- Global implementation of Corporate Directive to have all operations uses Oracle Financials as their reporting platform. Countries implemented personally include China, Australia, Belgium, Finland, France and Mexico.- Performing onsite fact finding of the operations present state and providing proposals for the future state for after go-live to senior management- Manage the Financials Assessment Worksheets (FAW) to ensure tracking budget matches actual spend + or – 10% at each phase- Ensuring the Operational, functional & technical support is in place during a project prior to go-live- Responsible for maintaining all documentation regarding fact finding, setup, risks, issue log and communication to all key stakeholders and gathering sign offs.- Responsible to prioritize change requests through appropriate councils and ensure they are captured & acted upon in our Portfolio tracking tool.- Responsible for training operations on Oracle Financials to perform there day-to-day reporting- Performing Oracle Setup & Data Conversion activity between legacy systems such as MFG-PRO/BPCS/Oracle Manufacturing to Oracle Financials and ensuring data compliance/integrity is adhered to- Regular Business Improvement Process (BPI) analysis & implementation both internally within the Corporate Division and also at the plant finance operation
