CN is a backbone of the economy, with 32,000 km of track and access to over 75 per cent of the US population and all major Canadian markets. We move over $250-billion in goods annually and employ 24,000 people. In 2014, CN saw the hiring of 3,500 new people across the network.

We know that the next great step in expanding our role as backbone of the economy is to look at what we offer customers, not just as a railroad, but end-to-end. It’s a new paradigm, driving end-to-end service for the benefit of all those that are in the supply chain. The key word is collaboration.

My role as an account manager is to support CN's customers to succeed in their respective industry utilizing CN's innovative product offerings. You can only make this happen if you work very closely with them, learn their business and become a true supply chain enabler for them. The key word is…collaboration.
