CurrentNorthstar Project and Real Estate Services is a privately held firm providing client oriented project management services for real estate related projects. Typical projects range from $25K to $80M and cover renovations and tenant improvements to permitting and ground up construction. Northstar was founded by three partners with extensive real estate and project management backgrounds to service institutional, higher education, commercial, residential, and research and development clients in the greater Boston area. Our goal was to create a Project and Real Estate Services firm staffed with an experienced team that is dedicated to meeting client’s real estate needs and exceeding their expectations. Northstar's highly motivated senior management provide a cost effective approach to solving complex problems through a small boutique real estate firm. We bring the depth of our experience together to plan, organize, and manage the resources necessary to bring successful completion to every assignment we manage.
