I cut my teeth into Testing in the financial sector but have since worked in Financial, Health, Legal, Distribution and now Education and HR sectors of software development. Having worked at all levels from Junior Tester to Programme Test Manager I am comfortable working alongside Developers and Stakeholders alike. Having relocated to the South West I now have a Test Manager role as they mature their methodology and play an influential member of the team, using my strategic and hands on experience I assisted in the creation of the test process framework to govern and maintain many processes from Estimation, Planning, Bug management and Deployments as well as assisting in the implementation, maintenance and governance of the SDLC.I started out in testing in 2000, after leaving military service, and I have had extensive exposure to many development methodologies and a vast amount of methods to test and met many characters in the process.
