Dish farm comprising 6 orbital positions.• London Olympic Committee - IRS Backbone with 20 wall mounted LCD’s using Cable time point to multipoint equipment.• Student Accommodation - 700 flat MATV installation • Large oil company - installation of High end boardroom including Tandberg Video conferencing system multi input AUDIO/VIDEO switching system and fully hidden electric screen, projector. Fully automated lighting and blind control. • Many high end boardrooms with full automation including lighting door entry ceiling recessed projection screens and projectors, VC suites.

• Undertaking of full pre-installation package for SMATV/AV projects involving; site survey, system design, quotation, risk assessments, method statements and installation schedule.• Full installation of AV Systems from a CAD drawing, including cabling, termination and installation of equipment. Full on site rack builds.• Organise, train and monitor the progress of my team of two apprentices who assist me with all my SMATV and AV installations.Attend meetings at design stage to discuss requirements and suitability• Liaise with other trades on site to ensure deadlines are kept and the installation is done to the highest quality. • Ensuring all testing and commissioning of AV System is complete and handover to customer goes smoothly. • Undertake the full IP/IT setup of IPTV/Digital signage and other systems• First point of contact for service clients with TV related issues Light programming of AV equipment (Extron, Tandberg & Polycom).

Responsible for system design, commissioning and also training new and existing engineers in all aspects of the trade including health and safety.

Maintenance of CATV & Telephony network including checking, balancing and replacing trunk amplifiers (coaxial & optical) throughout the Thames Valley region.
