A lot of manual work was also carried out to keep the plant clean and the adjoining sheds where the grain was stored. My trust was further extended as I was placed on night shifts working long, anti social hours. This then also required some ingenuity as there were no night managers or supervisors present, any small problems had to be handled by the staff present.
