I have worked in the construction industry for the last 30 years providing consultancy to Clients in an ethical, conscientious and reliable way.As a Chartered Surveyor, with a degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Cost Management, I have worked for both large and small organisations in the private and public sector providing traditional project management and cost management services on projects ranging from £2m to £90m. More recently my passion has been the delivery of projects in the arts, cultural and heritage sector.I have also provided project monitoring services for leading banks, involving the implementation of commercial and contractual advice and assisting in the management of Customer banking facilities.Ongoing professional development led to me gaining experience in more contentious matters, such as the preparation of complex final account and claims documents, parties’ submissions in adjudication proceedings and Corporate Recovery. I also gained membership to the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.I work with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) to ensure the competence of surveyors entering the profession.
