I am a ‘Prince2 Practitioner’ & ‘APMP Project Management’ qualified Project Manager, with 11 years experience working within the IT Infrastructure (UNIX, Wintel & Mainframe) & Security arena, including 2 years software deployment. I have a proven track record of delivering complex & multiple UK & Global projects. Projects include both regulatory & compliance projects, which were delivered within agreed deadlines & to budget.Key Activities2012 delivered a new branch wide customer complaints application to be used by 50,000 LBG staff, and will now lead the next phase of the roll-out to additional departments within the Group. Responsibility is from initiation, through study and to testing & deliverySarbanes-Oxley – I ran a £1.2m project workstream (out of total programme £5.2m), which delivered Compliance to SOX for all ‘Material’ Servers & Services. I led the selection process of vendor, managed new network & server installations & ensured delivery by the deadline, which allowed sign-off from Auditors by the year end. Additionally, the following year I was recommended to run a small SOX Project in financial terms (£60K) but had a very tight 3 month deadline to eradicate a potential SOX sign-off failure. I resourced the team by negotiating & escalating where appropriate, and drove the team to provide a quick resolution to the issue. Following agreement from Auditors of solution, implemented within deadline, and within budget.
