Physically and Mentally TRAINING PEOPLE TO SAVE LIVES AND WORK SAFE!!Since leaving the Army I have started A&E Harmonious Compliance Training Ltd,due to gaining many years of experience within the Training Field, over 25 years whilst serving in the military (Army), 10 years as a Sea Cadet Corps Instructor as well as 10 Years as a Royal Yachting Association Power Boat Instructor. The company trains First Aid (Mental Health and Physical Health), Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, Fire Safety and other Compliance subjects. We also aim to build on our qualification base and as more qualifications come on board we aim to float them out.I alsoWork with Yorkshire ambulance service training their volunteer responders across Yorkshire, to enable them to respond to 999 calls and save lives!I am a Confident, highly organised individual, with meticulous planning skills, high personal standards and a positive outlook. I demand high standards from my work associates and have the ability to lead, teach and motivate to help others rise to higher standards. Outstanding, communication skills as well as being highly adaptable to any new environment.
