  Participated in multiple projects within the 8-months timeframe internship, successfully commence the steam system during full plant shutdown, reducing negative consequences from incorrect override system, and ensuring smooth panel workflow.Turnaround (TA) 2022 :1. Assisted distributed control system’s (DCS’s) technician specialist (TS) and control panel operators in starting of the overall Urea Steam System from full shutdown to pre-startup.2. Cooperating with field operators in daily routine inspection works for relevant production equipment, ensuring smooth maintenance workflow.3. Aiding senior panel operator as a temporal safety engineer for the execution of internal post-inspection during the main hole assembly of urea reactor in the starting-up sequence.4. Ensured the understanding of urea team on the possible negative consequences through the in-depth analog diagram studies.5. Enhance the field workplace surrounding awareness by helping field operators applying proper tagging number on relevant equipment.Equipment Override System Under Urea Granulation Section :1. Initiated a cooperative project with technician specialist, panel and field operators on the understanding of Operational Override Switch (OOS) of bucket elevators and vibrating screen feeders in the urea granulation section.2. Conducted OOS troubleshooting using Operator Training Simulator (OTS), successfully reduced unseen operating protocol which could leads to possible unforced human error.3. Partnering with lead technical specialist on the determination of simulation method for liquid-based properties, leading to smooth simulating trial within urea granulation section.
