Henry joined Yageo since Y2011 as BU Head of Wireless BU and Sr. Director of Global Distribution Channel and Global EMS team. Now he is Managing Director of Yageo Sales Business Unit and manage DMG group including Europe, America, South Asia, Korea and Japan subsidiaries.From Y2014 Aug. Henry was promoted as Vice President of Sales BU and manage global sales.Yageo is a global leader of passive components offering complete product portfolio of resistors, capacitors and wireless components (antenna & filter).Henry graduated with a master in Horticulture from the National Taiwan University in 1991. Later in 1995, he took two years off to join the International Trade Institution, which is a training center for professionals established by Taiwan External Trade Development Council. He concentrated his studies on Japanese and MBA courses there. In 2012 Henry finished EMBA course at National Taiwan University and got a Master degree of International Business Management.Henry joined Advantech in 1995, and in the following year, he became the pioneer for the Japanese market and set up a Japan subsidiary there. In 2003, Henry went on to be the leader of both Embedded Computing Group and Applied Computing Group. Three years later, with his profound managing experiences he was assigned the VP of Channel Marketing of Asian and other emerging markets. Thus far, his milestones include in-depth development of several major vertical markets and successful establishment of sales units in regions where Advantech has never reached before. During his career with Advantech, Henry has experienced a variety of positions, fully utilizing all his talents. Now He is leading Yageo Sales Business Unit DMG group and transform business portfolio from PC & consumer related market into Automotive and Industrial market.
