Working within various roles at Mitie, I started my journey as a cleaning supervisor at a busy retail store. After gaining knowledge and an understanding of the industry I gained the opportunity to become the In Store Manager of a flagship store, managing a team of 11 cleaning operatives. This quickly lead onto a Regional opportunity across the East Midlands looking after 24 busy retail stores for their Soft Service requirements.
