• In a team of 5, planned and executed publicity drive of the biggest extra-curricular fair in NUS with 150 clubs taking part.

Arranged video sequences and real-time playback all the video recordings to all audiences. Managed to countdown the timings accurately and cue other teams to start their program flow. The team produced 95% perfect event flow for the audiences and zero delay in all the ceremonies.

• Brainstormed and executed a 7 days orientation week program aimed to familiarised international students to local environment. The team managed to engage 48 highly bonded freshmen as active members in the club after.
