• Complete Customs Documentation for Import/Export shipments including, Export Declarations and EAD/ENS and Transit Documents• Checking and producing documentation to ensure Import/Export consignments comply with HMRC and Irish Revenue rules and regulations• Coordinate the collation of the daily and weekly documentation ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to obtain specific instructions and information on associated customs requirements prior to shipping• Execute the submission of files to the Management System for the accurate recording of goods entering and leaving the warehouses• Contacting suppliers to obtain relevant paperwork in relation to Import/Export shipments• Update internal systems and databases • Handling customer queries

• Delegate daily tasks to Warehouse Staff• Daily use of customer’s portal on SAP.• Solve stock issues • Plan deliveries to customers• Handling customer queries• Keep the Filing up to date• Greet and interact with clients and visitors• Managing inbound and outbound stock• Ensuring all paperwork is processed and maintain documents• Record information as needed • Perform general office duties

• Replenishing Stock• Receive delivery of goods (Booking in, checking for damaged stock and/or missing items)• Pick and pack orders• Forklift Work - Counterbalance, Reach Truck and Bendi/Aisle Master (loading, unloading, picking, put away and general stock movement)• Keep paperwork up to date• General Housekeeping
