CurrentWork on the CEE (Customer Experience Engineer) team to bridge the gap between the customer and the product development team. Helped develop and engineer changes for large customers to meet the needs for datacenters on Converge infrastructure products like Vblock, Vxblock, and PowerFlex rack and pushed those changes back to product managers for the roadmap.• Vulnerability response champion for all our hardware and developed software, used tools like Qualys VMDR, WAS, Container scanner, Tenable, and Twistlock. Worked closely with the Engineering team, Developers and Customers. • Worked with the Developer teams to meet our SLA for any vulnerabilities that the customer or VR champions has discovered.• Resolved vulnerabilities by looking for work arounds and/or worked with the Developers to get a resolution.• Created a security peer group and led a weekly meeting to discuss Vulnerabilities found by the customers and VR champions. This team consists of Engineers, QA testers, SD and VR champions• Developed firewall and security standards for all our products.• Led an international team to identify vulnerabilities and solve bug issues for our large customers. • Ran labs of our top 3 financial customers to test upgrades on bug and vulnerabilities fixes. Conducted testing on the infrastructure, SDS, Cisco and Arista switches, VMware, and Container products.
