Lee left college and trained as a butcher before joining APC. From humble beginnings in the company working in telesales, Lee has exceeded expectations and is now a highly sort after member of the team working alongside and supporting the Directors. Instrumental in organising team events, Lee ensures a positive and can do attitude is installed through all members of the team. It is this attitude which has pushed Lee to where he is today. His constant smile, good mood and humour lighten the most difficult of situations. Lee’s goal is to become an intrinsic part of the international team at Director level. Having worked his way through all areas of the business, Lee now believes he can make the jump to Director level from his strong management position. APC Solutions is working with Lee to ensure this can happen. Including him in management meetings and working closely with the team, Lee is certainly working his way up the ladder.Lee is a true demonstration of how starting from humble beginnings in a company can lead to huge success. From making calls to prospective clients to try and secure a first meeting, Lee now manages the projects as they come in ensuring the highest level of customer service for household names including Poundland, Proctor & Gamble and Tip Tree James.
