About Mark Lee

“Two roads diverged in a wood, and I— I took the one less traveled by, And that has made all the difference.” -- Frost, Robert. “The Road Not Taken”. Mountain Interval. 1920I am not certain if Robert Frost was referring to quantum coherence, but it is often the case that life is lived in a superposition of states. Only when we observe it do we notice that we have walked down a particular career path.I am a computational biophysical chemist with a passion for computer aided drug research and open source programming. My company “Lee Consultations” provides ab initio quantum mechanical consulting on protein-ligand interactions as well as Linux administration of distributed MPICH clusters. Most recently, we developed the baseOS framework for portable computing. If you need help with molecular modelling, conducting QSAR on your protein-ligand interactions, or you want to discuss open source programming, Linux administration, and software as a service, send me a message.Specialties: Computational chemistry, Programming (C, PLT Racket, Shell)

Listed skills include Programming, Linux, Science, Biochemistry, and 28 others.
