Guide and connect existing Lee County businesses to federal, state, and local resources, including site selection assistance, demographic reports, and workforce partners. Serve as ombudsman for Lee County as small businesses interact with local government. Manage Fort Myers/Lee County Enterprise Zone. Proactively visit with existing companies to identify business climate issues, challenges, and potential expansion opportunities. Manage county incentive programs. Work with Enterprise Florida to manage projects considering Lee County. Coordinate task forces and events for the Lee County Horizon Council.
