Facility Management of CP’s 36 hotels (resthouses) ensuring they were properly maintained, staffed appropriately for 24/7 operations, and ensuring high occupancy was realized.Responsible for all Transload facilities and all Contracts related to Facilities.Technology – With a previous computer background, designed and developed an in-house IT technology platform “Hotel Client” which created travel reservations, validated and created payments through SAP to vendors based on contracted rates The “Hotel Client” technology had a 99% success rate with automatic matching of reservations to invoices with 0% invoice disputes and was still in use in 2018. Negotiated directly with customers, trucking companies and warehouse operators. Reduced warehouse and truck transfer charges
