Lee joined my team to help support the launch of our new Internship Development Program. We originally contracted Lee to leverage her exceptional organization skill set by helping to manage the onboarding process for a group of 50+ university students from across the country. Lee turned out to be much, much more. After working with Lee for only a few days we knew we had someone special on our hands. Lee’s charismatic personality and intelligence afforded LFG the opportunity to leverage her in ways we did not expect. As part of the Talent Management team, Lee assisted with recruiting and identifying top university talent, she assisted with design, creation, and launch of our new programs development activities, and managed the pre-hire relationships and communications with over 100 participants across multiple pipeline programs. Lee successfully accomplished this in addition to the complex documentation and system tasks we contracted her for. To that end, she acclimated herself to our new HRIS system in impressive time and leveraged our people and process resources to quickly become the teams subject matter expert. Lee became a critical member of our team and the successes we are rearing from the development programs could not have happened without her support. Unfortunately, with the programs now launched, I am unable to retain the services of Lee. If the means were available to me, Lee would become a permanent member of the Talent Management team here at Lincoln.
