After successfully completing the migration project with Inclarity, I was part of the founding team that established Arbitel Communications to create the largest Broadsoft platform in the UK, necessary to provide the available capacity for accelerated scaling of the technology. After a successful setup and channel launch the business was acquired and became AVC One where I continue to serve as CTO.

In January 2008 I joined Inclarity to managed their migration project from Netcentrics to Broadsoft and other technology improvements.

I founded Hipcom in 2003 and deployed the Europe’s first Broadsoft platform in 2006. Working closely with BT I delivered the hosted telephony solution for their IPVS service through BT Wholesale.I sold my share in the business in July 2007.Hipcom's track-record of technical innovation and reliability under my leadership resulted in the company eventually being acquired by Broadsoft in 2013, and subsequently by Cisco.
