Responsible for the day to day operation of all onboard Point Of Sale devices. I also maintain and support the back office application. Providing user training to over 80 European bases and assisting with crew training. Working closely with all suppliers to ensure we get the best use out of the hardware/software and provide enhancements and fixes where required. I also provide management reports for senior board members within Ryanair on a weekly basis.
