Finance House Group exists to help Accountants of Australia create and run their own finance broking division that utilizes our staff, Credit Licence and expertise. FHG are uniquely placed to help small firms create an asset they own and is sellable over time and to help manage and develop Finance broking divisions within Larger Firms who aren't delivering results they are content with.Whether it's within our Employed brokerage (YLF) or our self employed Aggregation model; we provide the help and expertise to help create referral sources that stand the test of time. Operating with our own Australian Credit Licence we have access to 51 Lenders and with Finance House Group operating across Australia, I also identify talent to recruit into our business as well as maintain and develop relationships with new firms that aren't aware of our offering. Running a Finance business in this day and age also requires a sound working knowledge of the regulations affecting our work and as such I have responsibility for the compliance and audit frame work we have in place.

Working with Internal Business Partners within the Westpac Retail Bank to "Grow and Protect" Individuals, Families and Businesses to achieve sales targets across all Personal Lines and Life Insurance products. This role operated across the Westpac brands in Western Australia, South Autralia and Northern Territory as well as Tasmania. I Sales Managed a Team of Business Development Managers who worked with Internal Business Partners in Branches, Call Centres and Direct Channels to achieve KPIs/revenue targets on BTs product suite including Life Insurance, Financial Planning and Home Insurance. My main learning in this role was how to use influence to gain results as the people selling the products weren't under my direct leadership.

Regional General Manager within Westpac Retail and Business Banking in Perths Metro area. I also led the South West of WA which allowed me to work in Regional Australia as well as manage an Instore Network. During this time, I led teams of between 100-150 people and led People Leaders. The role was primarily one which was about growing the P&L of all the branches and to exceed Consumer Lending targets as well as other Bank metrics such as NPS, Staff Advocacy, Attrition and Local Marketing Activity.

Leadership role focussed on working with a team of expert bankers to help make money and save money for consumer and business customers as well as achieving outstanding sales and service results across many kpi's. Management of sellers such as Personal Bankers, Home Finance Managers and Business Bankers meant this was a role which was both about strategic management and day to day sales management whilst ensuring the branch operated in a compliant framework.During my time as a Bank Manager, I had the responsibility for opening a new branch which developed my sales and marketing skills as I needed to find quality relationships for both business and personal banking

Business Development and Sales role selling commercial insurance to dentists. This was a proactive sales role which utilised my sales and marketing experience, ability to build pipeline and cross sell to exceed budgets.

Responsible for leading the Commercial and Personal Lines Sales Teams, External Sales Managers, Telesales Lead Generation unit and 3rd Party Broking channel.Towergate MIA is niche Brokerage for Medical and Caring Professions such as Doctors, Dentists and Vets as well as Charities. The team consisted of approx 30 staff with a target of approximately £2 m in Revenue per annum.

Sales Leadership role with responsibilty for 8 branches, 40+ staff for a high street broker focussing upon selling Motor, home and travel Insurance to students and young professionals. This was an excellent role which developed my marketing, recruitment and people leadership skills in a fast moving retail environment.
