Manager, Web Strategy And Performance Marketing
CurrentAs Manager of Web Strategy and Performance I lead the team responsible for defining the strategy of National Grid’s digital properties, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and working closely with Web Operations, IS, vendors, and key stakeholders to deliver and maintain profitable solutions that meet business needs. In my role I’m also a key driver in supporting online account enrollments and self-service growth through communications plans and partnerships with my colleagues on the Marketing and Emerging Digital Channels teams. Additional management responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with all key stakeholders throughout the organization• Managing the day-to-day planning, problem solving and other routine activities of the Web Strategy team• Resource allocation and budget management• Evaluating team members against established performance metrics while providing training and professional development opportunities: - Team member evaluation, feedback and coaching including but not limited to: - Day-to-day performance coaching for improvement - Annual and mid-year formal reviews• Serving as an internal and external escalation point for issue resolution and remediation• Acting as the communication link between subject matter expert groups and management
